Napalm Death Finish Recording Drums On New Album
Following up on an earlier post regarding the status of Napalm Death’s new album, the drums have been recorded and the album is coming along nicely;
UK’s legendary grindcore masters NAPALM DEATH are currently recording their new album, Time Waits For No Slave, with producer Russ Russell. Drums have been tracked at Parlour Studios in Kettering and guitars, bass and vocals will be done at Foel Studios in Wales. The band will then return to Parlour for the mixing sessions. Expect the new album to surface in early 2009 via Century Media Records.
NAPALM DEATH will only interrupt its studio work for a few select shows in the fall. The details are as follows:
Oct. 03 – Lichtenfels, Germany – WOD Festival
Oct. 31 – Chalon Sur Saone, France – La Peniche
Nov. 01 – Nancy, France – Láutre Canal
Nov. 02 – Vitry Le Francois, France – Orange Bleue
Nov. 22 – Leeds, England – Damnation Festival
Cool! I’m eager to hear how the new album turns out!
