If you’ve heard one Centinex CD, you’ve basically heard them all. Centinex are one of Sweden’s more popular underground bands, and their albums seem to sell well in Europe, I am just not at all enthusiastic about this band. Musically the band employ an 80s thrash sound mixed with some old school Swedish death metal riffs. On this release, however, the guitaring seems to be a bit happier, which doesn’t really do much for people looking for something aggressive to thrash to. The vocals are the same as before, basically on par with those of Holland’s God Dethroned The drumming is once again handled by the Kalimaa drum machine, I personally think it’s about time someone took this thing behind the band’s practise room and puts a few bullets in it. Whoever programs this thing should be shot as well. Ah, hell, shoot the whole damn band and get it over with. There is nothing entertaining or worth listening to here. At least I can use this chunk of plastic as a coaster to rest my beer on, either that or glue a few together and use it as a pencil holder. I’m sure I’ll find some use for this thing. Skeet shooting anyone? PULL!
