With a band consisting of members of Jig-Ai and Negligent Collateral Collapse with the debut full length offering being released by Czech label Bizarre Leprous Productions it should come as no surprise to anyone that Destructive Explosion Of Anal Garland are a porn/goregrind act. What is surprising is that while the last Negligent Collateral Collapse effort left a lot to be desired and the Jig-Ai debut was both great and dull, Sealing Off The Vagina by Destructive Explosion Of Anal Garland is pure entertainment from the second you press play until the 28 minute effort is done.

If you buy this release expecting to hear anything similar to Jig-Ai or Negligent Collateral Collapse you’re in for an unexpected surprise as the material is more along the lines of early Last Days Of Humanity, Gut, Cock And Ball Torture, Bile, Rompeprop and the like. The emphasis here is on fast catchy goregrind with a really dirty production, pitchshifted vocals, blasting beats with a wicked "pingy" drum sound and down tuned guitars shredding away.

This is the kind of shit I can listen to a hundred times and still be as entertained by it the hundredth time as I was the first time I listened to it. It’s just dumb, simple, catchy as fuck goregrind with that distinct Czech vibe. If you only have enough money to buy one album and are trying to choose between Sealing Off The Vagina By Sewer Lid by Destructive Explosion Of Anal Garland and the self-titled Jig-Ai offering, pick up this album for sure. Easily among the 10 most entertaining Bizarre Leprous Productions releases to date!
