I really can’t help but laugh at the fact these guys sound like mid-80’s Slayer but ten times faster. Not like it’s a good thing but didn’t Vader establish this concept more than a decade ago? Wait a minute, what do I hear? The vocals sounds exactly like a weaker Glen Benton who happens to be trying too hard to sing right. Do I also hear the drums blasting its way throughout the song? That’s right! Unfortunately, the drumming is so repetitive that one can easily predict and get bored by the fifth song. Hmm… oh wait, now this gets interesting, the soloing is quite intricate and complex though it sounds like a more structured and well-played Slayer solo but on the other hand, the solos are the only thing that manages to keep this band alive and running. Sad fact is, the solos don’t fit the music (which absolutely sounds like Morbid Angel riffs) at all. All I have to say is that this is an over-rated band meant for Slayer fans. No thanks, I’d rather listen to Vader guys.
